Purchasing scrips and supporting the Band & Orchestra is easy! You, family members and friends can purchase gift cards (scrips) for your every day needs or as gifts. While doing so, you accrue money for your child's student account.

Newspaper Recycling Could Use Your Help
Care to help the environment and the Band & Orchestra program at the same time? Donations of clean and bundled newspapers are accepted 24 hours, 7 days a week. Students assisting at newspaper recycling earn $1.00 in their student account for each session.

Attend the Booster Meetings!

Executive Board and General Booster Meetings occur once generally every second Tuesday of the month. Executive Board Meetings are from 6:30-7:30, General Booster meetings begin at 7:30pm. A listing of the Executive Board Members, Agenda Items and meeting minutes can be found at the "Booster Information" button to the left.

Michigan Invitational Tournament (MIT) Volunteers Needed!

This Michigan Invitational Tournament is scheduled for October 4, 2008. The Michigan Invitational Tournament (MIT) is the only show hosted by the Flushing Band & Orchestra Boosters each season. Started in 1974, MIT is well known for attracting bands from across the state. The tournament can not be successful without the help of many volunteers. Volunteers can be parents, grandparents, friends, family members, alumni or students. If you are interested in helping with the tournament, we have several responsibilities that day. More information will be posted in this area soon, or send an email to FlushingBOB@yahoo.com to let us know you are interested.
